Help. Everytime I run I get shin splits. Its really affecting my workouts. What can I do? - shin splits more condition_symptoms
I am hard to make weight, but most of my heart is rowing and cross trainer. I live in the early Appalachians. Hill, so it's a little bit here. I ran cross country in high school and never share it in the shins until I moved here. I hate walking on the treadmill, but the idea of shin splits, and not in a position with the legs to lift weights.

Ice Spikes 20 minutes 2-3 times. Drink plenty of fluids, water and juice 100% pure. Eat bananas.
Before exercising and running, always stretch and warm. After the training, have a nice and cool again stretch to prevent injuries such as leg cramps.
