Homeopathy (200C):
Take advantage of the Apis if the hives are red, burning and itching. Use of sodium are the wall of chronic urticaria, especially when they know. Take Rhus hives Big Red, with some itching. Take advantage of Urtica urens for hives on the scalp and elsewhere, burn and itch intensely. Take Arsenicum album for burning the hives and cold.
Diet:
Take 500 mg of quercetin twice a day helps to clarify the hives and stop the itching. Quercetin in onions, apples and leafy vegetables and is a natural antihistamine.
Herbal:
Apply ice cubes with mint soothes itchy skin too. Mix two tablespoons of chopped fresh mint, standing in boiling water over the leaves, cover and leave for five minutes. Strain the liquid, pour into an ice cube tray to freeze, and. Then take the dice, place them in a freezer bag fill the bag with a paper towel or cloth and apply to hives.
Essential oils:
Sandalwood essential oil to stop itching and a soft skin. Add20 drops of essential oil of sandalwood for an ounce of oil from coconut or almond milk and it on the skin every three to four hours.
Best of luck.
Oral antihistamines are: Burdock, Golden Seal (not) in pregnancy, the marshmallow, echinacea, nettles. Find a formula for hay fever and food with quercetin and bromelain.
Wash latest tea-based chickweed, elder flowers, chamomile and mullein. You will find hard to follow with evening primrose oil (too - perhaps to gel caps and Pierce w / needle).
Extras: 7500 IU mixed carotene (vitamin A) and 2000 mg vitamin C, evening primrose oil
Nutrition: low fat and rich in fiber, fresh dairy products. The gluten-free diet has succeeded in some cases. Bananas help to itch. Useful food to green vegetables, pumpkin seeds, coffee, dandelion. Avoid processed foods, fried foods, cakes, chocolate, sausages, pork, alcohol, spicy foods, artificial colors and flavors, soft drinks.
If it were me, I would try an elimination diet. It is difficult, but 10 years is a long time! You could also check to see what their allergies are worse. I know some people are allergic to synthetic fabrics.

I have always bees for 10 years. I had checked all of an asthma attack med Advair and Serevent called follow-up. You've heard other people have luck with Singulair. The good news is that if I went to a gluten-free diet, the hives disappeared in 3-4 weeks and I have gluten-free, med free and open to the sticks almost 6 years. It goes without gluten can be worthwhile for you to try. Gluten is in wheat, rye and barley, and things from it. So this is not the easiest thing in the world to do, but much better for me than the hives. Start nonprocessed with fruits and vegetables and meat. When the power supply works, then you can learn to find all the alternatives.
If I serve you, please contact me here. Good luck!
