Dizziness after hot tub? - dizziness after using hot rollers
I go to a gym, and seems to have problems after using the bathtub. Every time I (after a stay in for 5-15 minutes), I immediately get dizziness, nausea and a temporary loss of vision. After tripping on a chair nearby, I feel better after about 1-2 minutes. Is this normal?

Your body has difficulty with the room temperature again. The same happens if you do not eat enough sugar. Or if you get quickly after sitting / lying down for a while. Not enough blood to the brain slows down, so you can be set for a while.
I was told that no more than 10 minutes in a hot bath. And yes, Cuba is a bacteria! Who was in the hot tub, because it made the last time you left your dead skin was removed - and if you a closer look at the edges, you see.

Just do not overdo it, you reduce it, the temperature.
No hot tub are very dangerous to raise their body temperature. It is better to be guided by them, their residence, which contained many bacteria as well! It is more a case of bacterial
